Why recruitment and development consulting?
It's a rewarding profession : we enable a company to find a solution to a strategic issue, and a person to take on a fulfilling role. It's also a complex job, requiring a unique combination of rigor and analysis on the one hand, understanding and caring on the other. Determination, discipline and adaptability are the keys to success, which suits my temper. Our days are always rich and intense.
