Lucie Vallée

After completing her law degree at the University of Rennes I, Lucie Vallée began her career in 2009 with an entrepreneurial project in the world of sports infrastructure.

After several months, this adventure led her to join Bizinnov, a Parisian consulting firm specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation. Realizing that the main challenge around these activities is in fact people and talent, she decides to join notable recruitment consulting firm Alexander Hughes in Paris in 2012. She works there for two years, learning the headhunting business directly from its president and founder.

In 2015, she joins Heidrick & Struggles, a global and market-leading executive search consulting & leadership assessment firm. For almost five years, she works in the Paris office and then in the London office, as part of the team covering the Technology and Services sectors.

In 2020, she founds Outsiders, a consulting firm specializing in executive search and executive assessment, to offer her clients a personalized service based on a deep understanding of their needs, their organizations and their corporate cultures.
