After studying at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lettres et Sciences Humaines and at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Jean-Damien Pô began his professional career in research, completing a doctoral thesis in the history of international relations at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne in 2000.
After a first experience in the Strategy and Public Affairs department of Engie, he manages from 2008 to 2011 the Institut de l'Entreprise, which he directs as both a think tank and as a platform for action in the service of the business community.
Wishing to move closer to the operational side, he joins the VINCI Group in 2011, where he initially serves as secretary to the Executive Committee, before moving into human resources management. For three years, he is Director of Human Resources Development at VINCI, responsible in particular for assisting the C-level in the management of the Group's top 300 employees. From 2014 to 2017, he then takes over the Human Resources Department of Eurovia, a subsidiary with 38,000 employees in 15 countries, dedicated to transport infrastructure and urban development. In the latter role, he is also in charge of Communications, the Environment and Prevention. His latest mission at VINCI is to set up Leonard, both a platform for forecasting and an incubator for innovative projects, serving the Group's 3,200 Business Units.
In 2017, he joins SAUR's Executive Committee, in charge of Human Resources, Strategy, Foresight and Communication, at a time when the company is returning to high growth levels.
In 2020, together with Lucie Vallée, he founds Outsiders, a consulting firm specializing in executive search and executive assessment. Thanks to the strength of their complementary experiences and shared convictions, they offer their clients a personalized service based on a deep understanding of their needs.
